Mr. Jeff Bullard has been heavily involved in Texas property taxation issues for the past 28 years.  He has assisted in the management of property tax liability of over $60 billion in real estate and business personal property, negotiating actual tax savings in excess of $55 million.

He is a cum laude graduate of California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo, California, earning bachelor degrees in both Business Administration and Economics.  Returning to Texas immediately upon graduation, he took an appraisal position with the Williamson County Appraisal District in 1981. Entering private practice in 1985, he is has been a leading advocate of property taxpayer rights and frequent speaker on Texas’ property tax system.

His firm, Tax Remedy, Inc., represents major commercial real estate owners, financial institutions and corporations, as well as literally thousands of individual taxpayers in annually contesting property tax valuations in Central Texas.

Shannon Ramirez - Partner

Ms. Ramirez has been an employee of Tax Remedy, Inc. since the fall of 2000 and is a licensed Realtor.  She has gained extensive knowledge of property tax matters in her years as assistant to the president of Tax Remedy, Inc. and is an advocate for taxpayers’ rights. Shannon is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin and a native Austinite.

Gil Cowan - Property Tax Consultant

Mr. Cowan has been involved in real estate since purchasing his first investment property in 1995.  He is a licensed Appraiser and Real Estate Broker with 10 years of construction and property management experience.  Mr. Cowan is a 1993 graduate of New York University and former employee of the Travis Central Appraisal District.  His favorite color is green.
