Property
Tax Forms
Texas'
Property Tax Code requires that taxpayers use special
forms when communicating certain information to Appraisal
Districts. In some cases a simple letter from the
taxpayer will suffice, but we recommend using the
state issued forms when available.
The
most commonly used forms are presented here for your
convenience. Learn more about them by clicking on the
name of the form, or easily download them for printing.
*** We
advise obtaining proof of delivery of these forms to
Appraisal Districts, either by hand delivering and getting
a date-stamped copy or by sending it certifed first
class mail, return receipt requested.
